A tiered approach with elements that can be mixed and matched.

Tier 1

​Fit for tender checking - this includes a review of your website (commissioners do look at them!), a review of mission statement and other available corporate literature and a review of relevant corporate policies (Local authorities are increasingly asking for sight of policies).

Tier 2

Is this a tender to go for? - not all tenders are equal!  This check carefully reviews the tender documentation for any hidden failure points, difficulties or inconsistencies which could mean that it would not be a good tender for you to go for-  this must be incorporated with Tier 1 for new clients. 

Tier 3

Tender Mentoring - Either in conjunction with Tier 1 and Tier 2 or stand alone for people who are confident that their own house is in order and the tender is right, this is the option for people who want to write their own tender responses.  This gives you access to someone who can talk you through the tender, supply outline information and direction required and be on hand to answer questions.  Once you have drafted your tender response, they will review it, making amendments and polishing responses where necessary, utilising their experience to bring that added extra to your submission.

Tier 4

Tender Polishing -  Tendering Mentoring without the pre-writing element.  This is reading a completed tender and adding value - using industry 'buzz' words in context, eliminating errors and cross checking against requirements - being a 'a critical friend'.  This is for people who know that they can put bids together but want that 'added extra'  as well as a critical eye to iron out errors. 

Tier 5

Tender Writing - most new clients will need Tier 1 & Tier 2 before Tier 4 but existing or experienced clients can provide information to our experienced tender writers who will then draft the proposition from scratch.
